No. EQ scores are personal. The EQ Climb has no leaderboard and never posts or compares results. Your private “gaps kept” count is stored only on your own device.
How do you win?
You don’t beat anyone. You earn Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum by practicing — holding the pause, naming a feeling, and choosing a response. The reward is reps, not a high score.
Is this a quiz?
No. Instead of trivia, you do the skill: hold the gap, name what you feel first, then choose how you’d actually respond. The doing is the lesson.
